Get Your Assessment

A Revenue Leak Assessment is a 45-minute diagnostic conversation where Navicade examines 7 areas of an insurance agency's operations — revenue and commissions, client retention, growth and cross-sell, new business pipeline, case processing, team capacity, and systems risk. Each area is scored RED, YELLOW, or GREEN. Dollar formulas are applied to problem areas to produce a specific dollar figure from the agency's own data. The agency receives a one-page written report within 2 hours.

7 Areas We Examine

Seven Areas Where Revenue Disappears

Each area is scored RED, YELLOW, or GREEN. Dollar formulas are applied only to RED and YELLOW areas — so your number reflects real problems, not theoretical risk.

  • 01

    Revenue & Commissions

Reconciliation errors, chargebacks, advance tracking, carrier payment delays.

  • 02

    Client Retention

Renewal lapse rates, proactive outreach gaps, missing early warning systems.

  • 03

    Growth & Cross-Sell

Single-product client percentage, product density, untapped life event triggers.

  • 04

    New Business Pipeline

Speed-to-lead, follow-up cadence, CRM usage, referral dependency.

  • 05

    Case Processing

NIGO rates, rework cycles, carrier portal fragmentation.

  • 06

    Team & Capacity

Admin burden, double data entry, knowledge concentration risk.

  • 07

    Systems & Risk

Single source of truth, data quality issues, E&O exposure gaps.

Common Questions

Questions About the Assessment

What do you do with my data?
I send an NDA before every call. Your commission statements, book of business, and operations data stay entirely confidential. I work with one agency per market — I would never share your information with a competitor in your area.
How is this different from what my tech vendor promises?
I don't sell technology. I look at a specific problem costing your agency money, show you the dollar amount from your own data, and fix it in 14-30 days. If I don't recover at least $2,500 within 90 days, you get your money back.
How much of my time does this take?
The assessment is 45 minutes. If you move forward with the Sprint, your total involvement is providing the data and attending a weekly 15-minute check-in. The rest happens in the background.
What happens after the assessment if I don't want to proceed?
Nothing. You keep the one-page report with your numbers. I give you the specific fix for your biggest leak — you can implement it yourself. There is no obligation.
