I Saw the Problems from the Inside
I worked inside insurance before I started fixing what I found. Every agency I've looked at since has the same operational gaps.
You Already Know the Problems
Commission errors that nobody catches for months. Renewal follow-up that runs on memory and good intentions. Cases stuck in underwriting with no clear owner and no visibility. Cross-sell revenue sitting in your existing book that nobody has looked at. Every carrier sending statements in a different format, none of them talking to each other.
You've logged into five portals this week to find a number that should live in one place. You've re-entered the same client into three systems because none of them sync. The admin work eats the hours. The selling suffers. You know what's broken. You just haven't had time to put a dollar figure on it.
The money is already in the book. It's just walking out the door.
Why I Built This
I joined the #1 producing Allianz office in Greece. It was also one of the smallest. A small group of producers generating more than offices with much larger teams. Even there, the same operational problems kept showing up. Commission discrepancies that went unreconciled for quarters. Renewal follow-up that depended on whoever had time that week. Applications stuck in underwriting with nobody tracking them down. Every time, the difference between the agencies that grew and the ones that stalled came down to operations.
I started building the systems to fix what I saw. My colleagues became my first partners. They knew how I worked and what I could deliver. Andrew, who ran the office, told me he'd pay if I could bring him ten new clients a month. That was the starting point. What started as working inside the system became building the systems they needed.
Before I built anything for the US market, I needed to know if the problems were the same. I sat down with 13 agency owners across the country, from 5-producer shops to operations three times that size. Different states, different carriers, different systems. The same three gaps showed up every time. Commission reconciliation. Follow-up failures. Cases that fell through at underwriting. I built Navicade to find those problems and fix them with numbers, not guesswork.
George came into this work already knowing where the problems hide. He found discrepancies in our numbers I hadn't seen, built a system around the ones that kept coming back, and delivered it without any drama. I'd worked with him before. That made the decision easy.
Is this right for your agency?
This works if you...
-
Can pull commission statements and renewal reports within five business days
-
Want a specific dollar amount, not a presentation about what could be improved
-
Run the operations yourself and know exactly where the gaps are
This is not for you if...
-
You want someone to advise and observe, not fix
-
You're not willing to share actual statements and records
-
You're looking for a lead gen vendor or a marketing agency
About George
I find and fix the operational leaks that cost insurance agencies money they don't know they're losing. My background is in insurance, not consulting. I worked inside the industry before I started fixing the problems in it.
