Who we are

Navicade builds systems for insurance brokers and agencies. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, your email address, your company and anything you write in the booking form.
• When you email us: your email address and what you send.
• When you visit this site: our host, Cloudflare, handles technical details such as your IP address and browser to deliver the site and keep it safe, and counts visits without cookies. The site uses no cookies and no advertising tracking.

Why we use it

To arrange and hold the call, to reply to you and, if we work together, to keep our records. Our legal reasons: you asked for the call, and we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who else handles it

Google (our email and video calls), Cal.com (our booking page) and Cloudflare (our website host), on our instructions. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

Google, Cal.com and Cloudflare may store it outside the UK and the EU, including in the United States, under the safeguards UK and EU law require for these transfers.

How long we keep it

If we don’t go on to work together, we delete your booking details and emails within 12 months of the call. If we do, we keep them as long as the work and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
